Procedures to test your cell phone compatibilty.

Phone Test Well first you need to send an email with a SUBJECT to the phone, reply from the phone. When you get the reply back from the phone - make sure it has the SUBJECT you sent is part of the reply. We use the SUBJECT line to route return messages. If you do get the subject back and are continuing to have problems, then the problem is most likely your carrier. If you do NOT get the subject back - see if there are other ways to reply to the message (such as "Reply with Original Message" or "Reply with MMS message"). Try all combinations.
